File lookup is nothing but searching a file from the group of files in the folder.
You can trace out the file by using two steps.

Method 1:
Right click mouse move to group by and select type.Method 2:
Move to view in menu, select the group by- Grouping the file according to the criteria:
Name :
Files are grouped according to name between certain alphabet range.
Size:
Files are grouped by file size between certain range.
Date Modified:
Grouped according to the date modified.
Date Created:
Grouped according to the date created.
File Type:
Grouped according to the file type.
Sort By:
- Sort arranges files in ascending or descending order, this also helps in more refinement to look files.
- This can also be done in following criteria:
- Name
- Size
- Date Modified
- Date Created
- File Type
