Fitts Law

• According to Fitts law if object is bigger and near , it is easy to reach the target.
• In other words, making the longer process as shorter one.
• Fitts Law was derived by Paul Fitts in 1954. 

Real Time Examples :

• Face Detection and fingerprint sensors save time in opening lock screen.

• Its easy to read in right,  as it has slightly larger screen 

• Remote Controls are best examples of fitts law.

• Just we can off by lying in bed.
• Two way switch also useful for on/off outdoor lights from inside house are outside house.

In Web Design :

• In Google search engine we can observe the larger target (search bar) and shorter distance (I'm feeling lucky).
• I'm feeling lucky opens first priority link of google. 

• In Facebook page, login button follows fitts law.
