GoToMeeting

• GoToMeeting is a software used for multi connect and arrange meetings remotely.

Starting Meeting :

• Open GoToMeeting and register an account.

• Your Profile Window Appears.
• In left Side, Start Your Meeting Available, click on that button.

• A Pop Up Window appears with open goto opener, click on that button.
• GoToMeeting Downloads and Installs in your Computer.

• After Installation, GoToMeeting App Window appears on screen.

• Meeting session starts, it appears on screen.

Joining a Meeting :

• Open GoToMeeting Site and Click on Join Meeting (Topmost Right ).

• A screen appears
• Enter six digit meeting id of joining meeting and Click Join.

• Click goto Opener,  gotomeeting downloada and installs in your computer.

• After installation, GoToMeeting Session starts.

In Mobile Device :

• Install GoToMeeting app.
• Open app and enter account details.

• Screen appears, with enter your id and Plus Button.
• Click Plus Button, Start Meeting and Schedule Meeting Pop Ups.
• To Join Meeting enter your id and click join.
• To Start Meeting click start meeting.

• In new screen, click start sharing.
• Pop Up Appears, click Start Now.

• Your screen is shared.

Using GoToMeeting PC software :

• Open GoToMeeting PC software.
• If you want to join, enter six digit id and click join.
• If you want to start meeting, click start meeting.
• Meeeting gets started.
