- Teamviewer is a software to remote control a pc or mobile.
- Teamviewer can use to transfer files and make presentations.
Download and Install :
- Download Teamviewer form the Teamviewer Site.
- Click TeamViewer_Setup.exe.
- Select Basic Installation.
- Select Personal / Non-Commercial Use, then click Accept - finish.
- Installing Screen Appears.
- After few minutes Teamviewer screen appears.
Remote control :
Remote Control is nothing but accessing a PC/Mobile of another place from your place.
Computer to Computer Access:
- In Teamviewer open remote control.
- Enter Partner Id and click connect.
- Enter Password of partner Id.
- Connecting to Partner PC(Name of Partner PC) appears.
- Finally your partner PC appears on your screen, with black background.
PC to Mobile Access :
To Access Mobile in PC install Teamviewer Quick Support.
Steps For connecting:
- Enter Mobile Teamviewer Id in Partner Id and click connect.
- Then allow remote screen pop-ups in mobile, say partner to click Allow in right bottom.
- Then Partner Mobile Screen Appears on PC.
Mobile to PC Access:
To Remote Control PC, install Teamviewer Remote Control.
Steps For connecting:
- Enter Connected PC ID in partner ID and Click Remote Control.
- Authentication screen pop ups, enter password of PC.
- Then PC screen appears in mobile.
Meeting :
Connects more than two people with Teamviewer.
Starting Meeting :
- Open Meeting Window.
- In Left Start Meeting Appears with three, features.
- Presentation : To make your screen appear to other persons.
- Video Call : To make group video call.
- Call : To make a normal voice call.
- Click Required icon Meeting Id appears in right.
Joining Meeting :
- Open Meeting Window.
- Enter Meeting Id in window, click Join.
- New meeting joining appears.
- Opens the pc screen of the presenter.
