Text Formatting

• In Photoshop text is used for below things:
• Used on photos.
• Making logos.
• For Sending or Uploading text format in picture.
• By clicking on text in tools, You can see Four Types of Tools:
• Horizontal Type Tool
• Vertical Type Tool
• Horizontal Type Mask Tool
• Vertical Type Mask Tool

Horizontal/Vertical Type Tool:

• In Horizontal Type Tool the letters or words are arranged in horizontal manner.
• In Vertical Type Tool the letters or words are arranged in vertical manner.

 Horizontal/Vertical Type Mask:

• In this text takes color as the background image  color.
• Text dissolves in the background.

Type Face :

• To select different font families in the list.

Font Size:

• To set desired size of the font.

Font Color :

• To set different font colors.

 Font Weight :

• It is nothing but setting text with Bold / Italic / Regular.

Leading :

• Adjusting gap between to words in horizontal type.

Tracking of Letters:

• Adjusting space between the letters in word. 

Horizontal/ Vertical Scale: 

• Increasing the height of letter (Horizontal Scale). 
• Increasing the width of letter(Vertical Scale).

Text Attributes: 

• Adding Suffix
• Adding Preffix
• Adding Underline
• Strike through the word
• Making word capitalize

 Anti-Aliasing :

• Making edges smooth.
