Rasterising a Graphic

• Rasterising is nothing but converting a shape/text  into the image format.
• Initially text or shapes are created in path format.
• In order to edit a text or shape we need pixel format,so we rasterise the image.
• To upload text or shape as logo we need image format, so we convert the image.

Steps for Converting the Graphic to Raster:

• Create New  Canvas
• Open text and add desired text or add  required shape.
• Next click on each layer, in Layer window
• Click Layers > Rasterize > Type or Shape
• Now Text symbol in layers is converted to image
• Which can be saved directly or you can edit according to your choice.

Example:

• Created new canvas.

• Added a circle shape.

• Added two letters (G and R) to make logo.

• Tried to edit showed me a caution(Need to convert to Raster).

• Converted every Layer to Raster.

• Converted Top image into desired style.
