Chrome Remote Desktop

Chrome Remote Desktop is an extension app to chrome browser.
Remote Desktop is used to access the another PC.

Enable and Installing Chrome Remote Desktop :

  • Open extensions in chrome.
  • Click Get Extensions, search for Chrome Remote Desktop.
  • Chrome Remote Desktop appears.
  • Click Add to Chrome
  • Remote Desktop added to chrome.
  • Click Launch App.
  • Authorize caution screen pop ups, click OK.
  • Sign In with your mail id.
  • Choose an account.
  • Click Allow. (chrome to access the PC).
  • Click get started in My Computers.
  • Enable Remote Connection.(It make remote desktop app to standby mode always).
  • Click Accept and Install. (In Pop Up window).
  • Install the downloaded software.
  • Assign Pin to your chrome.

Sharing  PC:

  • Click share. (Green Button)
  • Access code is generated. (Share access code, in order to connect from other PC).

Accessing PC:

  • Log In with your chrome account in control PC.
  • Click access.
  • Enter Access Code.
  • Click share in Sharing PC to access your computer.
  • Finally screen appears. (Shows stop sharing pop - up window in sharing PC).
Click Stop sharing to stop the access.
