• It is also known as Pareto Principle.
• Its means in 80% of Time we use only 20% of items.
• In other words, 20% of perfect work leads to 80% of results (Profit , Sales or Investment).

Real Life Examples :

• 80-20 rule is followed in drive belt.
• Follow 20% of effort gives 80% of output principle.
• Driven (Input) pulley/gear is large, Driver (output) pulley/gear is smaller.

• In 80% of time we use only 20% of contact list.



• 80% of people will eat only 20% of  food menu in parties. 



• 20% of people wealthy than 80% of People.
