Type Face
- Type face is nothing but the letter looking.
- Type face is also called as font family.
- Generally there are two types of typeface
- For Printing purpose we serifs.
- Ex: Times New Roman, Baskerville.
- For Digital usage purpose we use sans-serifs.
- Ex: Helvetica, Calbiri, Verdana, Arial.
Setting of Type Face in word:
- There are three ways to setting the font:
- Select the old text and click right mouse button, pop up window appears in that you can select. (or)
- Open the Home Menu, move to font tab. (or)
- Pressing "Ctrl + F" in keyboard.
Setting of Font Style :
- Font Style is nothing but thickness of letter and angle of letter (Bold, Italic).
- Select the text and click right mouse button, pop up window appears in that you can select.(or)
- Open the Home Menu, move to font tab (click B . I).(or)
- Press "Ctrl + B" (Bold) , "Ctrl + I"(Italic).
Setting of Font Size :
- Font size is nothing but size of the letter or word.
- Select the text and right click the mouse button, pop up window appears in that you can select.(or)
- Open the Home Menu, move to font tab (Click number with drop down)
- Press "Ctrl + Shift + P" in Keyboard.
- You can also increase the font by one pixel Clicking(A with up and down arrow icon) or By Pressing ("Ctrl + Shift + >" , "Ctrl + Shift + <").
